Title: V-179, T-179 starflite fuel tank dimensions

Hello! Haven’t gotten around to pulling old tank because it has glued itself to the floor... does anyone happen to have the dimensions of these tanks? Found an aluminum tank that width and height seem like they will fit.

The tank in my 179 was stuck to the floor also. Take a small pry bar and apply a little pressure to the bottom of the tank it should pop loose.

I looked for an aftermarket tank and found the correct dimensions but never found one with the correct connection for the fill and vent.

I ended up having my tank lined and coated at tank Renu.

my tank was the same after some pressure it popped out
