Unfortunately for this one, I have other boats coming and I gotta make a move on this one... Looks like it's going to go as parts...

I know someone here was looking for a windshield frame, anybody know who?

Any other needs?

Scotty007 emailed me, I will be in contact with him, thanks to anyone who may have tipped him off to my post, I was hoping to be able to figure out who it was who needed it.

Dorelse, I know you would have liked to have had it, if we werent so far apart I woulda met you with it. And don't get to excited about what's coming to my place, one is my pontoon (I have a mooring area where my camper is, so I figured I might as well have one floatin out there for when I wanna go on a slow cruise or haul lotsa people around) and the other isn't a definate, but potentially some more parts, I'll keep ya posted!

with this CV-19... I kinda committed to keeping it a few weeks to try to find it a home, and didn't really want to have to deal with parting it and cutting into project time, but I'd like to help others with a few hard to find pieces, and send it on...

I'm going to post a parts ad sometime this weekend over on CGOA, and of course anyone here who might need anything can contact me any time!

Yeah...only thing for me was I liked the color scheme. At least CV-19's are out there...they do show up from time to time...I'll have one someday.

Yeah, I know how you feel. There are a few models I keep my eyes open for as well, and the reality is, that except for a few models, most of them do pop up, in varying conditions, in all different areas. Thankfully they don't all pop up here, or I would have a pile of them!

I always like to see another vintage hot rod saved.....I like the potent M/C idea, maybe skip the upholstery, Go center steer and see how fast you can go? That way you take more pieces off (strip it to essentials only) and cost and project labor should be reduced.............Well it was just an idea..........

how much work? umm... everything!

but, it's all doable and I figure I'll do it now and enjoy it for years, and have exactly what I want. as far as the motor mounts, I will be redoing the stringers anyway, and raising the drive, so I'll locate them where they need to be. gonna take alot of measurements off the donor boat and move all those up to where I want the drive.

I hear what your sayin', probably a cool idea for the right person, I am just swamped with enough projects to last me a few years! my hope is that in the end, I have a few really nice examples of boats I will enjoy alot.

looks like Scotty007 is gonna get his much sought after windshield and some other odds and ends, so it looks like this CV-19 is gonna help complete a few nice ones. glad it will be going to good use with people who appreciates these G/C's!

that's what I figure, but of course a member over on CGOA who is getting some parts sent me pics of his beautiful CV-19... makes it harder to start piecing this one out, for sure!!!
