Title: Tow Vehicle Upgrades
Post by: 75starflight on August 01, 2013, 09:09:05 PM
Decided the shocks need to be replaced on my 1999 Yukon since they are original and the Yukon has 161,000 miles on it. So in doing some research, I found the Monroe makes a load compensating shock for the rear of my Yukon that will also level it out under a heavy load. So since my Yukon tends to squat with the back full of camping gear and the boat hooked on I would give them a try. So ordered a set of the load compensating shocks for the rear and a set of their gas magnum shocks for the front from Rock Auto.com . They arrived today so I decided to install the rear set.

Here is a pic of the old and new
