Sounds awesome!! Let know about the strut project. Once you figure it all out, post some pics if you don't mind.

I will post more on the gas struts when I get back on that project. It is going to be more work then I had thought. So right now it will have to wait till after the wedding.

Just to give an idea quick on how the boat ran. I did not take it above 3k on the throttle. At 3K trimmed out I hit a steady 40mph/ 42 max on semi calm waters. That is with a alum 23 pitch prop. Nothing special of a prop.

I plan to run my stainless 23 Laser II prop for the next run and see how it does with that.
