You can also tell it's an OMC from the control box, that's not a Merc or Volvo control. That's a single cable electric shift unit.

Yep, I agree with you now!

Yeah, that's a Vagabond Camper/Cruiser, not the V-214 Bex is looking for...

(Nice Boat though!)

You're right though, its appears the 'Vagabond' name was a 'class' of multiple models...

You know what? I'm really starting to like the V215 Vagabond Camper/Cruiser. If there was one closer to me I just might be temped to grab one.  ;D

See...now I'm digging the V214 Vagabond 'Sport'.  I'd want to find one with a Merc powerplant though.

Finding one with a Merc power plant is preferable, but knowing me if I had no other alternative and got one with a Volvo or OMC you know I'll be doing a conversion to a Merc. I just wouldn't have it any other way. ;)

The V215 is cool. I could sit on one of those front seats all day! Something like that would be a lot of fun up in Voyageurs. Like a house boat but small enough to pull it out of the water and down the road.

You know, they call it a "camper/cruiser", but I don't see enough room in the cabin to lay down.

I probably wouldn't be using the cabin for sleeping.  ;D

You got it.  I'm just thinking what a great 'day' boat that would be for the family...little cuddy for all the gear, dual front sundecks, fold our rear steps...its a great setup.

Which model are you thinking of, the V214? I'm interested in the V215 Vagabond Cruiser.
