Got to admire the way you tackle projects, Gregg. Best wishes for whatever you plan. Let me know if I can help with McMaster Carr fasteners, transon supports, carpet suggestions, or a supportive visit.

I wish I had a garage that clean.
Actually, I just wish I had a garage.

Time to get my trailer up on blocks.

Gregg's a pretty organized guy!

Hey Gregg, that boat better not be sitting there all winter. When you gonna start tearing into her again?

haha...
I just noticed that 1 smaller wheel on the engine stand looks funny in yer garage too.
and speaking of yer garage, having that little stuff in a garage seems just wrong.
edit :
of coarse Laurie has never parked in the garage

Have to do a few more computers for fiberglass/resin/wood money ...
Jeff has offered his heated garage for tear down/rebuild ...
Heat, power tools and a coffee maker !  What more could ya ask for !
Garage got cleaned twice this year, first time to put down epoxy floor stuff ... Went boating so that got put on the next years list of "things to do" ... LOL
And fall clean up, every thing that can freeze go's down in the basement, plus put in a garage attic ladder so summer stuff is now up in the rafters ... wish I'd done it 20 years ago !
Don't kid yourselfs ... I'm a slob !

Have a little more transom rot then I thought ...
It go's all the way to the side of transom !
Box are out and foam was dry, boards for boxes were wet along bottom, near transom (wicking ?) about 1/4 inch ...
More cutting & grinding tomorrow.

Getting close to the end of the destruction phase Gregg, nice progress!  It feels a lot better once you're done with that and going back together with it.
