Sad - Purchased Boat in 1991 and Motor in 1998, but Never Used

Noticed this listing on Craigslist of boat purchased in 1991 and motor in 1998 and both never used. Sad. Somebody could have enjoyed it those 21 years.

"For sale by owner 1989 Boston Whaler Revenge 22 WT. This boat is in very good to almost mint condition for its age. It was bought in 1991 and has never been in the water since then. The main motor is a 1998 Mercury 250XLEFI and was bought new and never run."

So some bought a boat, waited another seven years to put a motor on it and then let it sit another 14 years? Smart.
