I'll have to see what makes more sense, one hole or two holes up.  Don Larkey or Jerry Sellner would have some good insights.

Check with others but my experience tells me the higher the mount the less bow lift.  The bass boats rely on the rear center of gravity to raise it.  But the well designed ones have a hook about three or four feet forward.  My 120 (big prop) was ok with the transom mount 1" up.  When I put the 140 on it needed to be lower.  So I spaced it 1" back.
