Well the 140 is back in phoenix. I have to modify the shift plate to fit around the riser, and I need to find a new location for the cooler again. I will need to check the steering linkage again, it cleared with just the exhaust tube so I think I should be fine now. Pictures to come tomorrow after it is all buttoned up.

I ended up not modifying the shift bracket. I decided to mount it directly to the transom. On the mounting of the power steering cooler it ended up getting mounted to one of the screws that attaches the plug for the engine harness to the flywheel housing.
