sorry about being late to mention this...
but for next time
if ya stick it in a bucket of hot water ya can just push it in without tools (you do need to compress it as ya go though)

Went for a short ride yesterday. Boat sits in the water real nice. Rides great.

Think he's gonna have to back down an inch or two in pitch from the 28. Lil sluggish outa the hole. But it'll do 50mph @ 3500rpm.

When he gets it dialed in I don't think 70mph is out of the question.

He's out again today. Mebbe he'll post some pics.(My friggin camera was out of memory yesterday. Grr.)

Got 68 mph GPS out of the old girl today. Still need to do some more tweaking. Not too bad for the second splash.

Yeah, the old girl looks pretty good when it is running. Really happy with the boat. Being my first glastron I was not sure what to expect.
