We had a cold spring and that delayed things. Good to see your shiny boat all set to go. Been watching the events section for a Glastron outing.

Paul and I went vinyl shopping today ...
I need pleated foam back vinyl and plain vinyl in a light blue .
Because it has to be marine treated and fade resistant (UV)... plus the batch of pleated has to match the plain vinyl batch, my choices are limited to a darker blue or a grayish blue.
I found this stuff online some time ago and will request a sample of the Cancun blue, by the picture it looks pretty close ...

See Cancun Blue ...
http://www.garysupholstery.com/foamback.html

Can also save Paul some time with the already made welting ...

My seats should look like the silver ones (quilted pattern in light blue) pictured below.
I'm going with the older versions (pleated) ... Blue ones below ...

Nothing is ever easy ... LOL

I took the trim limiter pin or storage/shipping pin out ... what ever it is ...
Motor now trim in quite a bit more then it did.
Is there such a thing as to much negative trim ?
I also have a 3 degree plate between motor and transom ...

Do not believe there is such a thing as too much negative trim. My 1988 Mercury 115 HP came without a pin, but I bought one and put it in the furthest hole it. Check your motor to see if there would be any damage to use the motor without the pin.

Unless you love bow rise when getting on plane I'd say there is no such thing as too much negative trim.   Pretty sure the pin on the 115  outboard on my CVX16 was removed or set where it allowed the motor max. negative trim.

Paul came over and measured vinyl, figured out how much was needed, came over yesterday to make sure his measurements were correct and what we were going to use for trim backing wood (going with plastic boards) and some other small details.
Everything is checked and double checked ....

Then this .... AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH ...

Bummer Gregg. I would put your order in my e-mail and hopefully it will be filled sooner than by phone order after July 21st. Then call them July 21st.
