I sure do miss sitting around the fire and watching the barges go by at night.

Yep, me too.  Much more scenic & relaxing. 

(I also remember them jacking our group rates up to whatever they felt like year over year...and the year they didn't clean the bathrooms at all, and how they wanted to force us to camp along the entrance road (that floods) that last year we stayed there.  Not sure I've ever shared all the stuff they tried.)

But...those barges quietly cruising by in the night was awesome.  We had a ton more community interest at that location too...Red Wing Newspaper, boating magazine interview, etc...much easier to promote & grow the group from there.

Up for sale is a seldom seen 1982 18' Glasstron C-535. It has a 2000 Mercury 125 HP motor. This is a project boat. The #1 piston in the motor needs replaced. It has new power trim.  The hull is in nice shape and should buff out decent. It was a fresh water boat it's whole life...It needs a new floor. It's already been removed. The transom has stress cracks. The trailer is decent and road worthy. It recently made a 2 hour trip. It has a clean Florida title. Possible trade for a motorcycle

Selling my 1980s Glastron CVX-18 California special. Boat is turn key, new SBC 350/ 305 heads, new wiring harness, new battery, new hosing for raw water and cooling system. Outdrive was serviced end of 2023. Everything works as it should. Will run high 50s low 60s,
Cruises low 50s at 3800 rpm.
