I ordered 2 longer wires for 3 and 7 they will be in Sat. Then I will get them all mounted in the holders
I think this has become an addiction.

Got some buffing done on Sunday. I thought it looked good before. But after a quick wet sanding and buffing it looks great now. I also took all the teak off and sanded and re oiled it.

First 2 pics are with half of the bow done and 2nd 2 are after the car wash.
I think this has become an addiction.

Keep me in mind when you sell this... There's a lot up in the air right now, but by next year I'll probably be able to work something out if you do end up selling...  ;)

Hey Shawn, do you remember talking to a small old lady after the auction ended? That was my aunt and she was going to be bidding for me over the phone but she couldn't get the attention of the auctioneer until it was all over.... I herd everything on the phone and when she said it was over I thought I had it... Then she said no they didn't see me.. So I know what a deal you got on it, so when your ready to sell let me know. Are you going to have it ready for the meet on peppin? I'd like to see it.        Next time I'll tell her bid, bid, bid, not ok, ok, ok...  Hope you have fun with it.

Two ways to make a little old lady utter the "F" word: Yell "Bingo" first, or outbid her ...

Its looks like the same color schemes and model year as our 16 and 18.  I wonder if the firecracker and lil firecracker need a big firecracker?  Keep me in mind too when and if the time comes and you want to sell.

I love that last picture with the storm clouds brewing, a great contrast in colors!

If at some point you have some time I would love to hear a few tips on wet sanding and buffing you have learned.  Including products, where purchased and such.  Do you remove the rails and cleats before? etc...

The last 2 pics were taken seconds apart one way blue skies and beautiful, other way rain is a comin. We made it home with no rain.

Got some more done with the 23. The trailer had a weird set up for holding the boat on the trailer. It was a V shaped bar that you slid a pin threw it and the bow eye. When you drove down the road the front of the boat would bounce up and down a lot and it caused the bow eye to be loose. Also the only way to load the boat was to power load it (which I am not a fan of)  Any way bought some steel and headed over to Joe's House (his welder is bigger)  Out come is below.  Thanks Again Joe!!!

That old one sure is a weird set up ...
New set up looks great !
Power loading works 99 percent of the time, but if there's a problem, things can get ugly ...
Best to take the extra few min. and winch it up the last few feet.

Can't wait to see it again at the CV23 meet ... I mean the Red Wing meet ... LOL
Love that color !
