Scott, is it too late for you guys to make these?  If so, I could post to Cafe Press instead... lmk, ok?

Hey could you guys check with your gals and see if anyone is interested in ordering?  Would be good to know asap.

i just wanted to comment on the river level being low right now. its going be important to pay attention to the channel markers as the wing dams will be quite close to the surface.
some places you may have run other years will be shallower.
also there is a lot of debris stuck around the Kinni from the flooding a month ago so we will need to use caution there as well.
i will post more info closed to meet time.

We took the 16CSS out Thursday evening, ran down to the cove, then up to the kinni.
they are piling sand in the cove, still lots of space. lots of beach showing at the hawg.
there are no problems running in the channel, its just important to stay in the channel, and when going to shore to go from the channel straight into shore, in the case of the nautihawg there are wingdams both north and south of the beach.
There are still lots of big trees stuck at the Kinni, lots in the no wake, and the north beach has changed slightly.
if you have been out here before for comparison the river is about 2 feet lower than last year, and 1 foot lower than 2018.
i will post a few pix later

It might be better if our Saturday run ends up at Long Point instead of Kinni if the north end is bad.
Kinni on Friday when it's not so busy along the channel?

I think we should stay to the plan... kinni is ok...  there is a lot of trees but they are easy to get around..    I also got a call from t.i. marina today and I got a 40’ slip.  So with mine and the three that Shawn has there should be enough for anyone who wants a spot.

Just a Little Rant.......
For Starters I don't have a Classic Glastron Boat YET..... currently looking for & plan on having a CVX20 Jet one day.
Last year We ( Me & Family) drove to Kinnickinnic State Park to see the boats,  I know that some groups can be a little clicky so we were a little nervous about approaching all the boats & boaters.  But was happy that it didn't seem clicky & had a great time seeing all the boats & meeting a few people.  We learned a few do's & dont's and had a good experience.

So today 8/15 we were excited to go see the boats & people again.  I was watching the Fourm the last couple weeks to make sure the get together was still on & that Sat the group was still going to Kinnickinnic State Park.  Well I guess the group did go to the Park but where the group got together was not accessible without a boat......!!!!  Believe me we tried!

So after a 3hr drive to the park, walk to the beach & no Glastrons to be found , We were more than disappointed.  The other bad part is we found where the group was but no way to get there without a boat!!!!!  A 3hr ride back home was no fun ride either.

So hopfully next year I hope I will have a boat to be part of the group!!  Or if not I can get to the group by foot!

Hope everyone had a great time & maybe we will be there next year!

You posted in the 2020 Roll Call thread that you'd be driving in and walking down from Kinni so folks knew you were coming hopefully?  (We can only look for you if we know you're coming!)  We make sure everyone gets a ride, but we have to know you're coming in order to do that.  I didn't make it this year, but I can tell you, no one wants that to happen.  Might have been a group decision to distance off away from the crowds...there's a couple cancer survivors in the group this year.

I can tell you that yes, the group generally tries to get to Kinni, but there are a number of factors out of our control that may force a last minute change of plans.  (Heavy rains, debris, No Wake Zone order in effect, etc)

That's a bummer dude.  Even if you don't have a boat next year, make sure you post that 'Hey, we're coming!'  Message a couple admin's with your phone number, they'll likely respond in kind so this doesn't happen again...because no one wants that to happen!
