From CGOA ...
Joshua posted ...
I have it for sale, my boss had me yank the original add because he thought the price was too low, can anyone here give me an idea of what the boat should sell for, it's a true original boat, we just had the motor rebuilt because it had set up in the original owners garage for around 20 years, it was literally covered with boxes furniture and clothing when we picked it up, the old man we got it from was/is a hoarder. We detailed the boat out, replaced a few stickers, had the motor rebuilt and that's it, O we did repaint the lower unit. I have a bunch of photos on my web site here.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Josh

Maybe just the skag/fin ?
First post Alain ... LOL

That is one fine specimen. Hope he gets his price. I'm knee deep in Glastron Cave. Can't afford to get out of my own way.
That would be a fine addition to anyones collection. I think he might get 8-10K from the right person.

Alain, good to see you here!
Andy, I agree .. $8k - $10k Maybe to the right buyer. It does look to be in very nice shape. For $14k the are going to really have to wine and dine someone .. and maybe replace the carpet. Maybe the International market would bring that kind of money too.
Beautiful looking boat though. Garage find? I need to go look though my garage again!!

Yes I didn't post too much but I read very often 5-10 a day ,I really like this board.
I wish I could come to the meet this summer but It's a very long drive with a boat in the back.

Could you post a picture of your CVC-18 ?

Beautiful! At first I thought it was a private party or maybe it was but now is it with a broker? No wonder the price jumped. Good luck with that.

It's a lot like buying Oats.
If ya want the oats that's been through the horse,
It's a lot cheaper.

I would have felt better if they said Joe Mondello rebuilt it.
