GT150 Dash Panel and Steering Wheel Questions for 1971
« on: March 05, 2020, 11:21:07 PM »
Guys, I was told that the dash decal went on all GT150's - shown below in the first photo. But when you look at the 1971 Brochure in the 2nd photo - there is no decal. I'm assuming the brochure is correct? Any previous owners or dealers out here?

Also, where can I get one of the original steering wheels? The one that is on mine is not correct. Thanks, Gordon

That was first year for the GT150 and pictures were taken months before boat was sent to dealers, so dash decal might not have been applied yet. Or decals hadn't come from vendor yet .. Just guessing ..
Decal Dave listed on eBay is good stuff from Maciej !

Keep checking eBay for wheels, there 40 to 50 years old and brittle. Finding a nice one won't be easy.
I'll PM Ray and see if he has one.

Check "Glastron Small Parts catalog" .. Burl wood dash & small " G " is listed ..

Best picture I could find of Scott's 1971 GT150.
Burl wood dash and black plastic wheel.
