Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to say hi. I purchased my 1971 Glastron SkiFlite V-142 (with 1975 Johnson 50HP) a couple weeks ago and am excited to have it with me for a full summer next summer! This is my first boat so I'm very happy to have it, and am looking forward to working on some little projects with it. Pic is attached to this post :-)

I live a little bit outside of Milwaukee in WI

Welcome Eric!
 Your Skiflite will make a Great first boat. My 1'st was a '69 Jetflite, similar in size to yours. They  are easy to launch and retrieve even by yourself.
Just don't forget to put the bilge drain plug in before putting boat in the water. Don't ask how I remember. And do post more pictures.

Haha, thanks John! Funny you mention the plug, I'm 1/1 on forgetting to put the plug in so far :-). Luckily I quickly noticed that on my first launch attempt and could pull the boat out quickly. She's in the garage until spring now so I'll remember the plug next time!
