Burnin Daylight pictures
« on: July 25, 2011, 03:35:13 PM »
Got this from Barb ...
SWEET !

Greg,

I took these pics with my I-Phone and cannot get them resized and rotated with my picture software that I am using.  Could you please resize and rotate them so that I can post them.  I spent 2 Saturday mornings on the finish on Burnin Daylight and thank goodness that I had a good finish to begin with because it sure wore my little old arms and shoulders thin.

Thanks again

Barb

Take on another project or maybe just enjoy what you have.

It's amazing how much work it takes just to run one of those machine buffers. I am not sure it's easier then by hand but it sure makes for good results.

Hope I get to see that boat in person some day!

Very nice job! I just got done buffing out an old hydrostream for a customer that has sat outside for a few years and it for sure is a work out, but the end result is outstanding like yours!

Burnin Daylight will be coming to town in about 3 weeks Jason.  Just getting her ready to make the long pull.  My Tom Tom says it is 777 miles from my house to red wing. Ole Red will help me make sure the wheel bearings and etc..are ready for the trip.  I am going to stay in Minnesota for the week following the meet and roam around up on the north shore of Lake Superior.  I have rented a room at the Lutsen Mountain Lodge for a few days.  The golf courses closed the deal.
