just to the point i can write something here, Jim will be so missed.
i just posted this video on FB.
was looking for pix, in 2016 i was rebuilding the Bal Harbor. trying to get it done for the meet, it was sooooo hot that summer. i would take the morning off work, Jim would come to my house at 7:00 am and we would bust ass till it was too hot to work, layup resin. it did not make it to the meet, but we took it out camping at the Kinni on Nov 4th, Jim and Nichole met us out on the river that day. so many great memories.
as i was looking at all the pix, did ya all notice there is maybe only 2 pix of Jim alone in his boat, and in most it was at capacity.
he was always out there and making sure people were out on the water, and dragging them back in if they broke.
first time i met him was at Jason's when we pulled the motor (maybe 2013), Laurie actually met him before that as he had a bow cap for the GT, she stopped by his work and picked it up. it was a huge honor to be considered a friend.
