Glad to see it saved, at least for now.   Still looks to be in great shape

HAY  ... Isn't that one of them boats that made the jump in that James Bond movie ?
OR .. maybe the Batman movie ?
Kind of reminds me of an old Glasstherm Carlton I use to own ..

This is actually the one that made the jump, it got too much attention so I had to paint it and get rid of the motor with the bullet hole

Bet if ya lifted that motor up to the last (bottom) hole, and a lite load of fuel, ya could get 55 MPH/GPS.

Hmm? it was there, but there?s no way it?s going to ever have a light load

I wasn't sure about water pressure .. so mounted it one hole up from bottom hole.
With just me and light load of fuel .. I could get a pretty consistent 54 MPH.

The oil injection make it like an I/O  8)
It's not a Merc ... so you might like it .. LOL

Ah, it?s got five holes I didn?t catch that. That?s one better than a OMC.

Glad she was saved, definitely not ready for parting out, makes me think of how rough mine was when I got it...

Yeah, it?s ugly?
I?d make some comment about a transom rotting out in 10 years except the same thing happened to the GT that I rebuilt so there you have it.
The stringer seems solid up towards the front, so we?ll see tomorrow when I peel the cap off it. And there?s a lot of grinding to do transom still has most of the mud plate on it. That hast to go. It?s all fractured.

Stringer was solid up to the front, but the thing is waterlogged, that is one heavy piece of wood

With the help of the masked man we got about half the grinding done hard to tell from that picture, but the mud plate was almost a half inch thick at the bottom . The tabbing for the floor and the kick board still need to get ground out.
