I have Denny's in Bloomington (494 between Portland and 12th Ave) set up for Dec 12th at 8AM for Bloody Mary Bar, and 9AM breakfast. Spread the word and sign in so I can tell them how many.

I guess you have to be 21yrs old to eat breakfast in a denny"s bar!
Not all the patrons were of age would not seat us, mgr explained that his liquor license does not cover people under the age.
I know it works in other eating and drinking establishments around see kidos in all kind of sports bars with there parents eating.

Thank goodness that was all. Since I wasn't there I started to imagine . . . a rival Pontoon boat club not wanting their territory infringed on. :)

We made a group reservation for our boat club as we have done many times. Our club includes children and our children have been welcome in the past. This time we were informed by the manager that our kids would NOT be welcome in the room we have used in the past. He claimed it was against the Bloomington, MN liquor law.
Our search of Bloomington's laws does not confirm this attitude.
The manager was very, very rude and did not offer us the option of moving our group to another area where the children would be allowed.
Our group took our meeting to a Perkins restaurant a few blocks away and the grateful staff took good care of our group of 18.

Well written Jim, wouldn't be surprised if he looses his job over this one. Thats a pretty big chunk of change they missed out on.
