***SOLD***I have owned a small fleet of Glastrons over the years and like some of you, have had multiple lengths, styles, and colors to suit your boating mood or occasion. I’ve always wanted a CV-23, so I picked this one up last fall at the Glastron meet and while I was working on it this spring…I saw another one I just had to have, so now I’ve got two...Dream come true!? While I may have fun trying to use both, I believe this one deserves an owner that can give it some water time.
Here are the details:
- Mercruiser 5.7 Rebuilt in 2020
- New crank & bearings
- New cam, push rods & roller rockers
- New valve covers
- New Summit racing Vortec heads
- New Edelbrock alum intake
- New GLM center riser exhaust manifolds
- New thermostat housing and thermostat
- New cooling hoses
- New DUI performance distributor and wires
- Rear bench rebuilt and upholstered in 2019
- New front seats in 2019
- New floor and carpet in 2019
- New bilge pump in 2020
- New shift cable in 2019
- New coupler in 2020
- New custom cockpit cover in 2019
- New trailer lights in 2020
- New water pump impeller in 2019
Gel coat is okay and looks good after a buffing. There is a crack in the gel coat on the starboard side near the bow cleat, above the rub rail, where PO kissed a dock. (See photo) The cuddy cushions are the original yellow and are in great condition. Wind screen and bow hatch have cracks but are fully functional. Tandem trailer with bunks, could use some paint but is 100% road ready.
