1983 Glastron Carlson with 85hp Evinrude - $1,000 (Falmouth)
https://capecod.craigslist.org/boa/d/east-falmouth-1983-glastron-carlson/7396614522.html

Im selling my 16 foot Glastron Carlson speed boat with a great running 85 hp Evinrude outboard engine and trailer for only $1000. The boat looks great and hull and floors are solid. The engine starts right up idles, and accelerates great. The boat is fast and handles like on rails. Everyone remembers the Glastron GT 150 boat in the old James Bond movie, Live and Let Die. This boat looks just like it.
My price of $1000 is firm. You can text me

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/3027473320830456/?ref=search&referral_code=marketplace_search&referral_story_type=post

Great little runabout boat, runs solid and is in good condition with no rot.
Will take best offer!
C-500 with Mercury Thunderbolt 85 hp outboard. Very easy to tow and maintain.
Includes the trailer with swing-away tongue, stereo and speakers, fold-down wakeboard tower and lots of extra accessories.
Perfect for cruising, towing tubes and even wakeboarding.
If you want a low cost, low-maintenance little boat (750 lbs capacity) this is great.

It does need some vinyl repair on the seats and could use a good buff/wax

selling due to downsizing

The cv23 is a early model with 2 vents per side.   The later ones only had 1 per side for the bilge

EDIT ...

Looks like 1983 was first year for single vent CV23's
