Prop for a 2002 GX-225?
« on: December 21, 2019, 04:11:31 PM »
Has anyone out there ever tried a 4 blade ballistic 14 1/8 x 23 on a Volvo powered Gx-225? I’d like to try one but at $450 I kinda want to know. Right now we run a 3 blade 21 ss on it and I think it can handle a little more. I’m not worried about hole shot as much as I like a good cruising speed.

I think it's deceptive advertising, it has one more fin than shown on the box, ha!    Is there a friendly return policy should you wish to change pitch?   Good luck with your testing when spring comes around.   I've tried a number of 3 blade props on my Z, seems to like the 4 blade best.
