Road trip !

Jeff, Joe and I took a road trip to Princeton to look at two G/C's. Hoping for CVX18's as pictures were bad and the guy though they had V8 motors. Turned out to be two CVX16SS's in very poor shape. White boat was some kind of open bow Hydrostream with a cool hull design. Think they called it "XT" and "ZT" .. Jeff scored the windshield with a repairable corner chipped off, and side arms. Also got the gasket and dash and dash cover. The boats still have one engine cover and some flaking chrome vents, one set of rub rail with rubber and bow cap and one rear grab rail with mounts.

Today he bent back edges of tach and will replace glass/plastic lenses.

I have half through about putting some kind of material or something on my stern deck to make boarding easier from the rear of the boat. The teak strips i a bit much. I have also seen inside rails next to the engine cover and opening. Was that a factory option?
