Took a Day Off
« on: December 03, 2011, 01:44:57 AM »
me and the Fox hooked took a day off and went up to Muskogee, Ok where the two tall ships were docked, then went on up the river a mile or so and went thru the USS Batfish, had a good time, seemed like a little vacation.    We took the old van, met up there with my daughter, son-in-law, and our pretty little grandaughter, was windy, so we had a pic-nic in the van, good trip, no problems, and got back home just a little after dark, this boat turned more heads than a picker in a lettus patch .. Love it !

That is cool that you could boat to where these were and see them from the water.
Was that Batfish in the water at one time? Looks like it has mooring lines on it. Totally dried up? Very sad.
And yes, the new boat looks awesome. Make any decisions on the power plant?
