Wanting an opinion which one of these would you go with for an add on trim switch for the throttle/shift handle?

I would go with the integrated handle if it fits your control box. I've got the same handle and Dor got one recently as well for Goldie. No exposed wire to get in the way.

I put the up /down switch on the steering wheel. I will take a pic in the morn and post. I gave the part number and the box it came in to Tim he wanted it for his brother in law( I think)
I think this has become an addiction.

It takes about 10 mins. if you don't have to change the hole...maybe an hour total if you have to take out the whole panel out and make cuts for it to fit.

Here's how the hole has to look for it to fit:

One thing that's nice is that it does have a button on the 'inside' of the handle for the Trailer button, and there's no Neutral 'lock' on the handle, which I really like.  Its just push and go.

Which has the added danger 'spice' of accidental engagement of course...but I really do like it.

Received my replacement handle on Monday removed the old handle and bezel and had to do a little repair to the holes for mounting the control box. So thankfully one of our two hardware stores is open today and I was able to acquire some hardwood plugs that I glued in the holes to eliminate the extra movement of the control handle to shift into gear. Now to let it set up during the heat of the day and continue my work during the evening hours when the starflite will be in the shade again.

Out with the old

Repair plugs in place

It has finally cooled off here in Nebraska, it is only 83 out side at 3pm instead of 103 like it has been all this last week! Got the replacement handle installed today, I can't wait to go take the starflite out for a ride with it installed. There is no more play in the control box, it just snaps right into gear.

Looks nice, Brandon.
I haven't quite completed my stuff yet, either ... that cool front that hit you will get here sometime tonight.
There's some laundry to do with my name on it, but setting controls this weekend is the deal.  I can't wait to try mine out either.
My old Quicksilver controls were uber-wobbly.  Glad to have something new.
