Not a step
« on: October 08, 2018, 02:30:03 PM »
One of my 3 year olds thought this would make a nice step.  Grrrr. LED lamp was only a year old.

That's nothing when I was dating my wife, I asked her to take the boat to the boat ramp, she did exactly what I said and parked it right on the concrete boat ramp, grrr.

Forest Gump would say "It happens".   Possible solution would be some 1/8 angle bolted between the light and the frame, add some grip tape.  Paint it to match the trailer.  Who knows, maybe your son figured out a short cut into the boat?

I'd really like to install some of those recessed lights. I was working on winterizing the boats. He was just trying to see what I was working on. The good news is they have a lot of interest in these things and "helping". Oh well, I try not to get to upset when stuff like this happens. My Mustang also has it's share of scratches and dents.

The after affects in our house from raising two boys are blue clay spots on the ceilings using to hold things up, holes in the doors from anger fits, vacuum cleaner modified as a blower (now of no use), tape marks on the walls, but hey, I think of some of the stupid things I did growing up that caused my parents fits.
