St. Croix looks a little cold

When it was -23 yesterday we thought we better go check on out Trumpeters hanging out on the beach. They look cold!

Jamie got some really awesome pictures. Had to share!

Awsome pics just south of Bayport i have ice fishing/ drive out there for about 3 weeks. There is 22 inches out there and more ice on the ice road from 95 to wisconsin side.

Tom, Do get on the river from the ice road from Bayport to North Hudson? I drove across there today. Saw quite a few ice shacks out there.

That is the road Jason. From the road i am north  and just a little east there is big cluster of houses and i am out there. Crappies have been good this year.

Must Be the year for crappies. They have been catching a lot of them here in Nebraska too.

I wish the walleyes would turn on again. They have been off since we had that really cold snap.  8)

Those must be some tough Minnesota geese!  Why fly South for the winter when you just have to come back again?  We still have the Canadians flying up and down the Platte river here.  Solid water on my lake in NE.
