They'll be nothing left to do on the Pickle. Brand new boat.
So it looks like Jake is still tied up with your motor....

Is Ron Flood (Cedar Machine) doing the machine work for Jake? It looks like his shop. The guy is very meticulous! He did my heads. You have to take your shoes off, depending on the weather, when you enter his shop. He has a chain across the access so you can not go too far. VERY clean!
I did get somewhat of a tour.

Jake is doing most of the machine work at his place but he does not have a honing machine to do the bearing saddles as shown in the last picture so he has Ron do those.

I thought about it with Phoenix, but I didn't want to sound like an import on the lake

So adding the cold air intake and single thru hull exhaust dropped the hp from 140 to 135.  Probably be hard to sell such upgrades wouldn't ya think?  Come to think about, it probably does sound like a tuner car a bit.

Had some delays in getting the correct can so a custom cam was machined. But she's home now!

Looks good Jason. Are you going to install it this weekend? Still a lot of time left to test it before winter.

I was gonna dyno it but no way to hook up exhaust. Guess there is a boat dyno in north branch that you hook up to prop shaft. Should have it water ready by next weekend. Got two little time-sucks at home getting in the way of boat time.....

Yeah, your boating/free time will drop significantly for a while...(totally worth it).  Then, it'll free up again until sports start.
