What no marauder plates on the mini van !

Engine looks good to bad you could not dyno to know whats really there.

Motor is in. Break in and river testing later today.

Not a total success. Used distributor I bought had a bad module. Would only run with timing jumper wire installed. Contacted eBay seller. New module on its way. Did run it for 20min. To break in the cam though.

too bad on the module not working properly. I was hoping to see some numbers tonight. Oh well, at least you know it starts and will run

Pretty sure Tara and I passed you guys at the ramp north of Inver Grove Heights. Hood was off on the dock, motor idling.

Got the ignition figured out. Took it out in the rain today. (You go when you can when you got twin infants!) ran good. High RPM engine noises are gone. Performance is not a whole lot different but a little better. Got 47.2.

What prop and rpms are you running Jason? Oh and what timing did you set is at? I thing my 140 is at 4° btdc. I didn't like how it idled at the books recommended 6° btdc.

23p LASER II. 4500 RPM. The Delco Voyageur idles at 12BTDC/25 fully advanced. My engine builder thinks it should be running at about 32BTDC at fully advanced. So I got some experimenting to do yet......
