I got a guy that can weld it up for you. I saw him do it with 2 3 cyl snowmobile motors.

So what way are you going Doug? Picking the best and building one or two from three?

Probly dress the 140 up a bit & stick it back together. Got a feeling that motor's gonna be a little radical what with the porting & exhaust work. .020 over can't hurt either. Plan to put some Chris Carson reeds in, check/clean the carbs, pirate the electronics from the 90. Should have enough pieces to cobble up another gearcase though I'd like to have another driveshaft, the one I have is the two piece version & I don't trust it. Like to find a one piece version. Besides that there ain't a whole lot that motor needs, I don't think it was ever run much after the rebore. Will get the exhaust surfaces decked cuz that's where a leak was posed to be.

As to the others, I thought about rebuilding Joe's 115 with the 90 guts. But since discovering the block won't mate with '78 or newer mids I dunno. Which is a shame cuz that thing's super clean.

With the parts I have on hand right now, my only other option would be to haul the 90 block down to Flagship in Punta Gorda'n see how many mil they want to rebuild it?
