Title: WANTED: 3.0L Merc 140
Post by: Shorty on July 26, 2017, 04:24:02 PM: Hey hey. Taking a shot here to see if anyone has a good 140 for cheap cheap? Like stupid cheap? Or maybe even some kind of trade if there's something that works.
I don't need accessories if that makes it cheaper. Even a shortblock setup would be fine, so long as it's a good block/head.

I'm just not sure this one is gonna hold up without a rebuild.

I have a good block and head from a 120 (same block and head just different stroke) I would sell for $200 but I don't know how I would get it to you from Nebraska.
