For those of you interested ... Centerville, IA (15 minutes from Lake Rathbun) was picked as the number 5 best Hunting & Fishing Town in the U.S., ranked by Outdoor Life Magazine ...

That's really cool Dan. What even better is that so many of them are within a 4 to 5 you drive from my home. Oh, and #30 in Arnold, ne I can promise you it is over run by white tales.

Those timberwolves would probably have a great time.

When I lived in San Antonio, I was building a house on Canyon Lake ... the deer there were so "domesticated," you could find them in garages.  I use to keep peanut butter crackers in my console - you could stick your hand out the window of the truck, rustle the plastic wrapper and you'd have five or six walking up for a snack.  They'd eat right out of your hand.
