Happy Father's Day
« on: June 17, 2012, 09:57:00 AM »
Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there.  We all work hard on our boats and enjoy sharing our pride (and sometimes shame) in the accomplishment.  Today's a day to delight in the accomplishment of raising a child, to stop for a moment and be proud of where the hard work has taken you.  Enjoy!

Well said Dan!

Now be honest... How many of you consider your boat as one of the family?! ;)

Mine are just orphans that take all my money and get in the way.

My boats aren't much better.

IT'S A JOKE!!

Hard to believe Dad's been gone since '06. We sure could use him right about now trying to troubleshoot my nephews new boat. My Dad could diagnose a problem faster'n you can shake a stick at. He actually understood how circuits & relays & capacitors & resistors & coils & switches, etc worked? Purty good carpenter'n plumber too. In addition to being one of the funniest sobs you'd ever wanna meet. Never said a whole lot but when he did it was usually hilarious. Miss you Dad.

Happy Fathers Day to those still standing.
