It also has a windshield and posts, but I'm afraid something inside me would die if I parted out and junked a Carlson.......Looks very similar to my old 16 deluxe.   Should anyone be interested, I could take a look.

Sometimes one must be sacrificed for the strength of the herd!

The real problem is that I have two running Evinrude 85's in the shop, plus a third powerhead for same engines.  Actually considering a clean up and flip scenario rather than a part out and junk case.  Besides which, I already have three boat trailers that I'd like to see gone.  I have been in contact with the owner, and it does have a title.  He states the floor is solid, and the transom only has a couple small cracks.   The little voice in my head is now asking...."Do I really need another project"?

Gotta cull the herd, now that's funny Shawn.   Just don't know if I got it in me.   What is a ladder worth anyway?

I'm out Mike.  I don't believe that to be an original ladder.  And after seeing how that new gold cv-16's were added, I believe that to be a much cleaner way to add one.  Thanks!

The older Carlsons had a similar ladder.  I ordered the factory one like Dave's and added it to my 80. It was a bear getting in on.  You can search all the pictures  of Carlson to find them.  I wouldn't even guess how many thousand blue ones they made.  The gel coat looks exceptionally good.  In 80 they made a Lazer blue which is a better color.

I sent the guy a text Friday, he said it was sold, I was thinking if the windshield was good, its cheaper than ordering a new one...I thought about cutting it up to make a fishing boat...but never discussed it with the boss..Five cars and a boat not sure I have the room...

It's been reposted, claiming sale fell through.

If it was closer I'd buy it, but it's too far away.
