I have a lovely CXV17 that I'd rather sell to a person than do a trade in. I need a bigger boat, and so this one has to go. I'd like to start out asking $2500, but I'll be very flexible on the price, because if I don't sell it, it will be traded in and I know I wont get hardly anything for it.

SS Prop, Keel Guard, new CD radio with ipod hook up (old style not the new iphone 5 or newer style), toss in fenders and line, can keep Marine radio (will remove if I have to trade in), new plugs and stator last year. Have new water pump but its still in the package (genuine merc), roller trailer, great running boat. newish battery as of 2 or 3 years ago.

Solid floor, solid transom. Been garage kept for its whole life as far as I can tell, and the past 4 years I've owned it it has never been outside unless it was seeing the water.

Help it find a home! I haven't pulled it out yet for the year, but I will be shortly to fire it up. Great boat, hope it finds a good home. I'd keep it but I have no room for it :(

Very kind of you Gregg.  I've sent DJ a PM message, might need somebody to go check it out for me?  He's close to you guys right?  I'm giving this some serious thought........I miss my GT-150 - and would be glad to unload the projects I have in the back yard for this one that appears to have some more useful life in it before it needs gone through!

I am in Hudson. Very close to Lake Mallalieu. It has current tabs, and would be all set for  a test drive. I would LOVE for this boat to go to someone who would appreciate it. Let me know what I can do I'll be very flexable as much as possible.

I'm a motivated seller. I'll be honest and fair to anyone. I'm not trying to sell this thing as something it is not. I've had a lot of tire kickers, but no one that is ready to buy. Thats ok, if I could sell to one of you, I see its condition only getting better, if it goes to craigslist or one of these others, its condition will get bad, and rapidly I'm sure....

Save a Carlson!  :)

I'm in Hudson too. Lake Mallelieu is my test drive lake and is only 5min from my house. I'd be happy to look at it for you Mark. Even test drive it as I have yet to get on the water.

Jason, I'm thinking I've met you before as you were dumping onto Mallelieu. You were towing your green Carlson with a black crown vic? We were testing out my father in-law's boat he just had bought and were coming out as you were dumping in, so I didn't have this boat with me at the time but I stopped and talked to you a bit about cgoamn/classic glastron sites and get togethers, which you knew more than I did.

Your boat was super clean and very nice.

I really do want to keep it, but no room...  :( I've even checked out how much it would cost to rent a 10x20 storage, but in the end its really not worth it.

I've already bought the other boat, and that is sitting at my mother's house until this one finds a home... I really want to find it a good home vs someone who will park it in the weeds under a tree uncovered for years and let it just rot away...

I appreciate the offers guys, but the Admiral is playing her "Chief Medical Officer" badge.  Even running up to IA is a long trip when you are on dialysis three times a week.  I'll keep working on her but it isn't looking good at this point.  I know better than getting my hopes up before checking with her, she's been my rock to lean on throughout all the mess I've been through in the last couple years.
