Were the knees and stringer solid composites ?
Could you pour stringer also ?
How will he do the bidge / drain well ... V off the stringer end ?

Everything was poured Gregg. No bilgewell per se. Just a cut-out to mount the pump.

So is the whole area under the floor open as a bilgewell?
Also how did you do the keel? Laminated sheets or poured?

Yes, the area under the floor is open. Keel/stringer was poured.

When everything is poured is it done at the same time?

Meaning the stringer or the tramsom one pour.

Stringer first. Then transom and knees.

OK ... Better pictures of holes in transom to knees.
Hard to see in first pictures you posted ...
So stringer is NOT attached to transom, floor & knees ties it all together ...

Your Buddy with the yellow CVX was done the same way ?
That is some cool chit Doug !

Talked with Scott (Shipwreck) about pourable's .. He thought it was fine to cut top off stringer and pour, then cover with glass.
Also said you could make custom molds with just cardboard and duct tape.   Pour and peel ... LOL

From page #1 of this thread ...

"Forms are structural glass."

What is that ?

Nah it's this "structural"stuff. Don't have a name or number. Yet. Best I can describe it is: Layer of biax in betwixt mat and what we used to call Roven/Roving.

There's a boat that looks like it's going a 100 mph when it's standing still.  I  posted one like it a while back (C500) with a 140 In line six that would do around 64.  I think it was someone from Michigan.  It was also Chris Polasky.   81 Glastron Carlson C-500 Metric with Mercury 115 (62 gps)   Possible reason:  need to be in a river with a 10 mile current. Are you reading this Chris?  Hope the Black Max balances out for you OK Doug.

Hadn't seen that he'd fixed it. That's good news.
