Title: Pewaukee WI CVX16 Owner
Post by: stonedog98 on March 27, 2013, 08:28:19 PM
Hi everyone, I bought my 1977 CVX16 about 3 yrs ago and I am a purist. My first boat was a fishing boat and I needed something more. I found this Carlson and it has been a love story ever since. I purchased my CVX16 from someone who used to bring it to Redwing every year. So I am sure some of you will recognize it. I hope to make it to Redwing this year, i work two jobs so coordinating things can get tricky, but I am hoping to make it work. I spend a lot of time on Castlerock Lake.

Hey Terry I love this boat. It has been running great, it is fast and I love the way it holds the water when running out full speed. Carlson really knew how to design a hull. I laugh when people see the commercial engine on the boat and then their mouths drop when I blow by at 50+. How is your Baja? I am having problems trying to post any pics but am still working on it.
