Back from two weeks at the river. New construction New Boat
« on: November 08, 2010, 10:38:02 AM »
Lots of fun the past two weeks. What started out to be a 5 day construction estimate to erect the steel building turned into two weeks.  Even at two weeks, its pretty amazing what three guys can do. I posted a picture of the building as she sits on the back of the truck. And then as she sits the final product.
Also, can't resist. Have to post a few shots of my latest find.  I still can't get over $750. After a full color sand, the metal flake really came back nicely.

Wow the CVX20 came out amazing. Post more pictures! Sans the incredible deal you got on it , that would have been a great find regardless.

Nice garage, that should take you at least a little while to fill up! ;)

Here are a couple more of the new 77 CVX-20 Jet boat. All taken at the Colorado River. Last week. Weather was in the mid 80s. We saw about 5 boats the entire week.

Oh sure, ENCOURAGE him!  LOL  ;D

Looks like you have them all lined up in there!  Did you ever get to do anything with the GT's Andy?  The red and white one is the only one I see missing from the collection in your pictures.

The red and white GT-160 will make the trip at the end of the month. I left the silver CVX-16 at the other storage. I'm a little concerned about security at the new garage. No electicity yet. The silver CVX-16 has the most expensive stereo system. Waiting for the motion flood lights before moving it over.
Thanks for all the compliments. Most of the work I did over the last two weeks was doing planting and irrigation. Running PVC in trenches.
I'm ready to get back to a desk.

Very very nice! 750.00 and it cleaned up like that AND RUNS? Do you have a "special" horseshoe I can rub for luck?
Look at all that room! Maybe you'll set up a cot and sleep with your babies some time.
