Got one side done ...
Only got 8 T nuts, should have got 16 ...
CRS is getting worse every day ...
The burl wood vinyl is kind of stretchy and not as bad as I thought it would be ...
Hope to get the other side done tomorrow ...

That looks really slick, Gregg.
How do you like that vinyl ?
I bought a piece of black plexi for my instrument panel, but I know it will scratch to the max when dust settles on it - had looked at that vinyl, thinking it would go down on the plexi nicely - you might have "talked" me into it with those pictures.

Wow Gregg, all the work is paying off. Looks like your boat is moving down the Glastron/Carlson factory production line with the steering system, carpeting, seats bases, and vinyl covering. Do you have a launch date? I got a season pass at St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park (family picnic). A just a few boat trailers in the parking lot on Friday no doubt due to the no wake rule on the St. Croix River. Sad for the owners of the high performance Baja being wiped down in the parking lot.

Yes ... Sticky backed ... But not to sticky ... While wrapping seat base, some of the sticky sides touched the other sticky side and thought I was screwed !  But they peeled apart pretty easy.
It's also kind of stretchy so you can get the bubbles out.
I was very happy with it !

I'm worried that Gregg's boat is now faster than mine with the motor raised 2." Thinking I should not let him test my Mercury props. LOL

Gregg, let me know when you want to prop test.

I'm pretty sure your hull will always be faster and more stable then mine ...
We lost 12 more people at work, so I'll be going to second shift with Fri. & Sat. off ...
Not what I was hoping for ... but at least I got some of the weekend off and can take vacation days on Sunday if needed ...

I'll still need some help getting transom wedge's in ... Any one care to hold a motor while I slip some wedges in ? ... LOL
