My local waters.  That is the Columbia River on the Washington side.  You can see Portland airport in the background on the Oregon side.  Landed on top of some sunbathers too, IIRC sent one to the hospital. 

Stupid boaters like that is what gives us all sorts of no-wake zones and regulations.
