Glastron "GT" sticker
« on: May 29, 2012, 03:07:00 PM »
Just received this in the mail and immediately put it on the boat.  Boat is sitting inside our shop at work so the lighting isn't too great.  I think it will look fine when it gets out into the sunshine where it belongs.

That looks awesome ... I really like the die-stamp on it.  It lends some authenticity to it.
I think I saw those on eBay for about $30.
Perhaps when we paint our boat after all this work I'll go that route.

Don't wait too long, Dan.  The thing on ebay said there were only 5 left.  Cost $20.

The profits/proceeds go to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.

Guy that has them listed said he's not certain he will make any more, at least for a while.

I just checked and there are 3 left.  Also, a guy asked a question and the seller encouraged him to join the CGOA Iowa/Minnesota Chapter.  Interesting.

Dave - Thanks for that link.  I hadn't seen anything about the wounded warrior stuff before ... but I hadn't looked at any stickers/emblems since last fall.  I did order one just now.

It is Glenn ... my paypal receipt identifies ThormanG.  His GT150 was on display at the Minneapolis Boat show in the CGOA booth ... let my daughter climb up in for a picture.

I stored that boat in my garage prior to the show then hauled it down with Shawn's CV-16 for the display
