"OleRed Manufacturing"... now see what I started!  ;)

that is one fine example you are buildin there Barb. I just suggest that you keep playin nicey nice with me, cause OleRed's got his eye on my Intimidator, and the last thing you want is another Intimidator built by OleRed's Manufacturing down there in OKC! so far I am not willing to let her go, but I am considering bribes...  ;D

seriously though, I am really enjoying watching yours come together, it's giving me alot of motivation to get started on mine as soon as the Scimitar is done.

As long as OleRed finances the next project that is peachy keen with me.  All those little adornments for Burnin Daylight and new engine are already close to 10k to include the reclear, pinstripes, and painting the trailer that was done last summer. I think OleRed is starting to get a little attached to her though.  We have to fight over who is going to drive it like 2 little kids.  Weather is supposed to be really nice here on Tuesday and every little thing should be finished by then and she is going to the water.  So if you get a breaking new report from Oklahoma that a blue hair hit an ole man over the head with her shoe in an argument over who was gonna drive the boat don't be alarmed.  LOL. This picture is from the day that I threw the blade off the prop last fall.

Yup... agressive style, classic lines, and a well preserved exterior. and hey, there's a pretty nice lookin boat in that picture too!  ;D

I can understand why the two of you fight over who's gonna drive. good luck with your first run in good conditions, I know we are all waiting to hear what the results are. honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this thing hits or breaks the 80 mark. I'm hoping it does, I want to know how these hulls handle at that speed.

sounds like you are gettin into boating season down there... I just realized the other day that boating season here starts in a few weeks. I am ready! pictures like this make me realize just how much I love the water.

And it just keeps on getting better. What an excellent example of style and performace. It is truely a one of a kind. You are going to have to slow down once in awhile though so people can actually see what it looks like, right Barb?

Seriously, I wonder at what speed that hull might start to get snakey.

But remember that video of a Glastron doing 125 MPH. Glastrons must have a well thought out hull design.

I love it.  Looks like you could use a little more prop. It wasn't even working hard.
