Thanks Hyperacme for putting up a few pics of mine! Looking at those reminds me of the pay off you get from a days worth of wet sanding :o Here are a couple after I wet sanded and buffed the lower hull = best move ever.

Gary,
I have a 77 cvx deluxe 20' silver. Had for about 3 years. Bought from the third owner which owned it for about ten years and lived next door to the second owner for the entire life of the boat cause the second owner bought it when it was about a year old. Anyway its a very clean boat that you can tell has been inside and taken care of its entire life. When I bought it it ran good but was faded and motor kind of dingy. I pulled motor, seats, windshield. Cleaned and polished entire boat, painted motor well area, put new bearing in front of pump, painted pump, new rub rail, cleaned original carpet and interior then reinstalled, inspected motor, main bearings looked great, only installed new seals, timing chain, intake then painted motor black, polished the exaust and reinstalled motor in boat with new starter, fuel pump, alternator, electronic ingnition, carburator, wires and much more. Boat looks real good and clean like original. Looks like the boat in the original 77 sales flier. Asking $12500.00. Please call with questions 913-301-3332
Thanks,
Bill

I think the CV23 is a beautiful boat. The reversed windshield is really growing on me too. There was a red one at the first meet in 2008 that i fell in love with.
