Looks like you've got a heck of a "cave" there. Is that yours? That thing must weigh a ton with all that snow in it.
Outdrive looks to be in great shape. I know looks dont mean everything but....
I suppose you're going to go thru it anyways. Is that motor a 4 or 6? I dont remember. Ford?
So, floor and stringers? Transom too? Looks like a great specimen.

Already got rid of the floor, couple trees growing out of it (literally) hull is in great shape.  Stringer is getting replaced, transom is getting replaced.  4 cylinder volvo, friend of mine claims I can get 200+ hp out of it so I'll see what happens there.

If your redoing the floor/stringers/transom ...
Have you though about going Mercruiser/Alpha ?
