Sadly we won't have room for both.  But before the 16 goes up for sale, I just couldn't resist the photo opportunity.  Really hope someone in the club takes her so I can still say hi from time to time - she's been a great, reliable ride over the years.

What ever happened with the outdrive?  How'd you get it out of the water with it locked down?

We took the advice offered here and raised the bunks up high enough that we had 5" of clearance.  Thankfully OMC installed a component that is supposed to break before the worm gear does, and the manual says that anytime there's a tilt issue, that's the first thing we should check.  Keeping my fingers crossed that's all it is, either way it should be fixed before it goes up for sale.
