Any one know who Brian got last year ?

I connected with the Pierce County Sheriff.  Bob and Margi also have a patrol boat stationed in their slips.  They can give you a contact #

a couple poles and a white sheet would probably work if no one has a screen
I think this has become an addiction.

I'm pretty sure Bob and Margi have a little  canopy tent, a table, and chairs for us to use for a welcome area, but I will double check with them.  I am planning to be at the "Welcome Table" for a good chunk of the event.

Can the canopy also be moved around later maybe placed by a fire, so a few people can crowd in to late at night if it is raining to drink soda and sing campfire songs.

Those that remember last year will find this funny

Maggie,

There will be people in our group that would be happy to help with 'Welcome Table'.

This is what we are thinking so far for food:

Thursday evening: order pizza
Friday: On your own for all meals
Saturday: Breakfast: Tim and I will bring donuts from the best bakery in Minnesota!
Lunch: On the river (please pack your own food)
Dinner: Potluck meal (please bring a dish to share).  Tim and I will take care of the "main dish"
Sunday: Breakfast: On your own
            Lunch: Treasure Island buffet!!

Here is an ongoing issue that can plague the food deal. If we make something at home and bring it thursday, it will sit for almost 3 full days before being consumed. Anyone have a full size frig to bring down?LOL
