I have a boat and 135 Johnson on a nice trailer that I picked up this summer that I'm thinking of letting go. Most of you know that I have a project that I'm working on, and I was thinking of putting more power on it. I bought a boat, motor, and trailer for a good price hoping that I could use the motor on my new project. At this point, I'm going to put that rig on the market in hopes of paying some bills. It's a late 70's vintage johnson with the tilt and trim unit. I know that the T&T is valuable alone, and I've heard of them going for $250 for the trim assembly alone. I bought a new starter motor for it which cost me $90.
I have not had it running, nor have I had any testing done to it. The trailer is good, and the boat is a 16' open bow. It's solid, but has no interior. Honestly, your buying the motor and trailer.
I'd like to get $500 for the whole setup. It's road ready, and i'd be happy to meet someone 1/2 way if your interested.
