Nice, is that your shop?  Looks like you went a distance for it, noting the SC tags.  Similiar paint scheme, but in far better shape than my Timi was.  Congrats!

Wouldn't be a Glastron / Carlson if it didn't need a full rebuild ... LOL

Thanks!  It’s been a long day. Left Thursday after work and drove to Denton, NC , 1325 miles and 24 hours actual driving time round trip with traffic delays Discovered the transom was bad, motor sounds nice btw! The shop you see in the pictures is  the previous owners he has 2 large garages one has a plasma cutter, the other has a water jet. Hooked up some temp lights left and headed to the nearest tire shop, an hour away. Bought new tires and rims, rims on the trailer were 15” Jeep rims. The axles have bearing buddies and I pumped them full of grease and started driving I stopped once and pumped them full of grease again. I wasn’t feeling lucky so I pulled off of the interstate and pulled the wheels and hubs, wiped the grease out the best I could from the hub, filled it with grease and repacked the outter bearing. We arrived home Saturday morning at 6 am and took a 3 hour nap, naps was  all I had been getting since we left Thursday, and headed to my brother-in-laws to do a bathroom remodel. Finally got a decent nights sleep and will be back at the remodel in a few hours. Pictures are the ones I was sent from the po.  Btw, it’s the 84 timi that was for sale on FB, thank you Tim C for contacting me, Gregg also posted in on the forum, so more pictures there. This is the timi with the wrap around seating

Vortec heads, not original, but actually a plus.  Looks good overall.  Hoping to hear the progress as you go through it.   Your recovery trip is quite similiar to mine.  Interested to know could if your flake can be saved.

Po said the complete engine is the 86-92 vintage with one piece rear main seal and non-vortex heads. Block drains have been added. He also said he put a marine cam in the motor

The Jeep rims look actually nice on the trailer.  I actually bought 4 new tires on jeep rims just to get the tires and the rims are almost perfect was just going to scrap.  I like that look better then the basic wagon wheels you see on most trailers.  Will check out to see if it fits my five bolt trailers and just keep them.
